拆卸隔板
用水或其他合適的中和溶液使泵運(yùn)行，沖洗泵頭和閥門(mén)組件。如果化學(xué)藥品滴落在泵上，則需沖洗泵的外部。將泵的行程長(zhǎng)度旋鈕設(shè)置為0%，然后拔去泵的插頭。
使系統(tǒng)減壓，然后斷開(kāi)泵的軟管或管道。卸下泵頭四顆螺釘，然后卸下泵頭組件。
抓住隔板外緣，逆時(shí)針轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)隔板，直到隔板從電子電源模塊（EPM）上松開(kāi)。不要松開(kāi)隔板后面的偏轉(zhuǎn)板或隔板墊片，重新裝配時(shí)需要它們。注：墊片數(shù)量可以是0到2。
如果打算重復(fù)使用隔板，應(yīng)檢驗(yàn)隔板上的特氟綸表面有無(wú)過(guò)度拉伸跡象（局部白**域），或者隔板背面上的人造橡膠是否已磨損。如果這兩種狀況的數(shù)量過(guò)多，則應(yīng)更換隔板。

6.3隔板更換
·更換隔板時(shí)，*好更換閥芯和其他磨損部件。供應(yīng)商可提供部件包，包里有完全重新組裝泵的濕端所需要的全部部件。供應(yīng)商要知道的是泵的數(shù)據(jù)標(biāo)簽上的“KOPkit編號(hào)”，以便提供部件包。
·將泵的行程長(zhǎng)度設(shè)置為50%，然后拔去泵的插頭。
·如果用戶保管好從原始隔板上拆下的墊片，或者知道原始數(shù)量，則可以跳過(guò)下一步隔板墊片調(diào)整。

6.4更換閥門(mén)
·沖洗泵，**泵頭上的化學(xué)藥品。
·拔去泵的插頭，釋放系統(tǒng)壓力，然后拆開(kāi)軟硬管道。
·松開(kāi)閥芯并丟棄。再卸下泵頭內(nèi)的O形密封圈。
·用新O形密封圈安裝新閥芯，使壓印字母從上到下閱讀，并且箭頭指向流量方向。只可用手?jǐn)Q緊，不要使用扳手或鉗子。如果泵頭材料是SAN，這一點(diǎn)尤其重要。
·重新連接軟硬管道，然后重新安裝泵。
·檢查新安裝接頭周?chē)袩o(wú)泄漏。

PULSAtron Series E Plus Metering Pump

General Description
Pulsafeeder PULSAtron Series E Plus chemical metering pumps are positive displacement, diaphragm type pumps. Output volume is adjustable while pumps are in operation from zero to maximum capacity. The PULSAtron Series E Plus contains a highly reliable timing circuit as well as circuit protection against voltage and current upsets. This pump features solenoid protection by thermal overload with auto-reset. The Series E Plus guided check valves, with their state-of-the-art seat and ball designs, provide precise seating, and excellent priming and suction lift characteristics. Our timing circuit is highly reliable and, by design, virtually unaffected by temperature, EMI and other electrical disturbances.
Pump Controls
Adjustment is by means of readily accessible dial knobs, one for changing stroke length and the other for changing stroke frequency. Both knobs are located opposite the liquid handling end. Automatic control via 脈沖 DC and stop function inputs. Auto-Off-Manual switch.
Drive Assembly
The pump drive is totally enclosed with no exposed moving parts. Electronics are housed in chemical resistant enclosure at the rear of the pump for maximum protection against chemical spillage. Average electrical power consumption is 130 Watts.
Materials of Construction
See Specifications tab. Chemical metering pump housing shall be of chemically resistant PBT thermoplastic. All exposed fasteners are stainless steel. Valve seat and seal ring are renewable by replacing the cartridge valve assembly.
